We entered 2010 with big smiles on our faces for the journey a head. We have been working on this comic book since 2006 and have been working on the idea for even longer then that. But around 2009 we met Ragnheiður, who shared our passion for storytelling and was a very fine colorist.In 2010, due to her heavy schedule with various things, she unfortunately had to stop coloring Bloodshed for us.
Her work will however not go unnoticed as she will continue and finish the first chapter/issue before stopping completely. Her work in the comic has really made ours shine.
The picture I have here is not from the first issue, but the second. This was the first picture she colored when we were still discussing if she had both the time and skill to do so. The skill she had, the time she did not. But she joined us anyways. It was very fun working with her in this short time she was able to join us. The first issue is almost being finished in color and we are already discussing with two other colorist who might be able to join us. Here's hoping that this won't slow down the release of the first book by too much and that Ragnheiður Ásta might have the chance and time to join us again before this journey is over.
